At Grove Herbal, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that our herbal and skincare products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a return or refund under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and receipts intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

Opened or used skincare/herbal products.

Products without original packaging.

Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at kstrading97@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

The product must be securely packed and shipped to the address provided by our support team.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

In some cases, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

7. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a defective or damaged item, we can send you a replacement product (subject to availability) once we receive the returned item.

8. Cancellations
