All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

Estimated delivery time:

Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or natural disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery rates on eligible orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment until delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays and Responsibility

While we do our best to deliver orders promptly, Grove Herbal is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or initiate a replacement/refund if required.
